Selectchemie AG on consultancy arrangement to hire a sales manager to be responsible for the middle east region from Egyptian law perspective. We also reviewed the consultancy contract for such manager.
Advising on Tiktok’s integration with another platform to create a “TikTok Marketing App” in Egypt.
Review an advice related to IBM location Infrastructure used to enable call flow through VoIP.
Panasonic on transfer impact assessment, which includes determining whether the country of the data importer provides a level of protection essentially equivalent to that guaranteed within the EU.
A leading tech company on the launch of its gift cards, including licensing requirements under the Central Bank regulations, the nature of the topped-up funds, the nature of the relationship with customers, and the treatment of unclaimed properties.
OPPO on the regulatory matters related to the establishment of a community website in Egypt.
The Egyptian Ministry of Finance (MoF) on the admission of Egyptian treasury bills and treasury bonds (the “Securities”) to the Euroclear system. Our work included advising on several extensive questionnaires in relation to the eligibility of the Securities to be traded through the Euroclear system while being deposited within the Egyptian system, as well as the protection of the Securities holders’ rights at all times.
