Our M&A team, led by Partner Mohamed Nabil Hazzaa, with the support of Senior Associate Nourhan El Sarky provided end-to-end advisory services, navigating complex negotiations.
The span of the transaction took more than a year. The transaction was subject to the approval of multiple Egyptian regulators – including the FRA and the ECA – setting a landmark milestone in Egypt for the sale of food manufacturing company.
In parallel, our competition and antitrust team, Led by Partner Heba Anwar Raslan; with the support of Associate Ahmed Jamal, Attorney at Law Menna Mancy and Associate, Farahnaz Abdelbary, played a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance by advising Kellanova on all Egyptian and regional merger control and Egyptian antitrust matters.
