Ahmed joined Sharkawy & Sarhan’s Oil & Gas and Mineral Resources team team in June 2025 as Junior Associate after graduating with distinction and honor and was ranked the third on his class from the British University in Egypt in 2024.
Prior to joining the firm, Ahmed served as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law at the British University in Egypt. In this role, he specialized in teaching private law subjects, including Alternative Dispute Resolution  and English Tort Law.
Ahmed has advised several multinational companies on diverse corporate and competition matters, with a particular focus on antitrust and merger control regimes within both the Egyptian Competition Authority (ECA) and COMESA jurisdictions.
