Amr heads Sharkawy and Sarhan procedures department, he was graduated from law school, Mansoura University in 2004.
He has an experience of more than 16 years in litigation and conducting governmental procedures. He joined the firm in 2010. Amr’s areas of expertise include general corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, competition and antitrust, intellectual property, licensing before various governmental authorities.
