Alcazar Energy Project shortlisted by IFLR1000 “Deal of the year” award for the Middle East – Sharkawy & Sarhan
We are very proud to announce that our Infrastructure & Power team advisedĀ China Three Gorges South Asia Investment Company Ltd (CSAIL) on theĀ āAlcazar Energy dealā that is shortlisted for #IFLR1000MiddleEastAwards āDeal of the yearā award.
This transaction is the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Alcazar Energy, a renewable energy developer and owner of seven renewable energy projects located across Jordan and Egypt. Four of the projects are located in Egypt and operating under the Feed-in Tarif Round Two scheme, with a total capacity of around 200 MW.
The success of this project was the result of great team effort!
The team at Sharkawy & Sarhan was led by partnerĀ Mohamed Nabil Hazzaa,Ā managing associateĀ Esraa Abdelmoniem and associateĀ Menna Abouzekry.
