We are thrilled to announce that Mohamed Abdelgawad has became our new partner with effect from 1 January 2017
Mohamed has nine years of experience in the provision of legal services in the Egyptian market. He leads the corporate and commercial department in the firm. Mohamed has a diverse and extensive expertise in corporate law and commercial law matters including corporate governance, employment law, competition law, public tendering, importation, compliance and regulatory matters. He advises multinationals and national companies such as Amgen, Clariant, Al Abbar Enterprises, OSI Rapiscan, Jotun, LC Waikiki and Azadea.
