GAFI is offering a package for lenient procedures to the companies in investment zones. Benefiting companies include companies operating in medical industry, pharmaceutical industry and food industry.
- The decision assigns the heads of the boards of each zone to issue approvals for incorporation or amendment of the relevant companies.
- Additionally, new projects shall be granted a temporary operating license for a period of 6 months if the company installs the production lines.
- Companies whose licenses expire may be extended for 6 months as well.
- The submission of the insurance amounts and letters of guarantee by investors applying for units within the investment zone will be extended for 3 months. This period can be renewed.
- Applicants may request the services of the executive offices online.
