Vodafone and CK Hutchison on Egyptian merger control matters, pertaining to their USD 19 billion merger of their British mobile telephone businesses. Our work included advising on all Egyptian competition law matters pertaining to the ex-ante merger control filing before the ECA, and handling the filing process up to clearance of the transaction.
