Hady is a trilingual procedures associate, he was graduated from law school, Ain Shams University, French department and joined Sharkawy & Sarhan in 2019.  He has experience in litigation and conducting government procedures.
Hady’s areas of expertise cover all procedures work related to all the legal sector. It includes general corporate and commercial, oil and gas finance, mergers and acquisitions, competition and antitrust, intellectual property, licensing before various governmental authorities, he also has experience labour law and social insurance issues.
Prior to joining Sharkawy & Sarhan, Hady represented one of the four companies in the field of Telecommunication in Egypt before the Egyptian court in the litigation sector with all its procedures. Hady’s practice focuses on the investment and companies’ laws and all the relevant procedures work before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zone.
