Mohamed joined Sharkawy & Sarhan in November 2022 as a junior associate after graduating from the Faculty of Law and Legal Studies at the British University in Cairo as well as a BA from Anglo-Egyptian Law from London South Bank.
Mohamed’s practice includes providing advice on banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate. Recently, Mohamed has focused primarily on advising major insurance, pharmaceutical, and tech companies, as well as financial institutions.
