Azadea on the legal requirements and risks associated with issuance and management of gift cards. Our advice covered the mandatory requirements under the Banking Law, Central Bank of Egypt’s regulations and the current practice.

African Leadership International Limited’s on reviewing and localizing standard template for contracting with service providers in Egypt and creating a legal manual for the client on corporate obligations, employment obligations; and regulatory obligations.

A global payments company on the Egyptian Instant Payment Network Regulation in relation to the company’s specific operations.

TikTok’s, Reviewing and localizing new platform (SoundOn) terms of use, privacy policy and cookies’ policy in light of Egyptian law. Additionally, we clarified several important notes to be taken into consideration by the client while launching the platform in Egypt.

A Tech Giant on the landscape and compliance framework for payment aggregators based on the company’s business model. Proceeded to draft and negotiate the agreement between the payment service provider and the merchant under the Rules governing Technical Payment Aggregator & Payment Facilitators.
